The assets of our precision casting works are derived from a long-term experience in the field of wzx-fusion procedure. We are a private enterprise. The use of precision casting parts is found in all important industrial fields. This is e. g. the case automotive-electrical in the mining industry and hunting arms industies and in the field of nuclear and aeronaval constructions. The more complicated the configurational requirements of the part are and the more configurational features of the part are difficult and also chip removal capability of the memorial will play a role in the process, the more the precision casting procedure will prove its economical rentability.

We manufacture casts made of:

• construction cast carbon steel
• alloy cast steel
• grey cast iron
• alloy cast iron
• minimum dimension of casts 8 mm
• maximum dimension of casts 250 mm

Ports from Æ 5mm and up to 3 diameters in lenght.
Blind holes from Æ 5 mm and up to 2 diameters in lenght.
Weight of manufactured casts from 5 grams to 2,5 kg of various degree of complication.
Execution tolerance:
max. size up to 120 mm +/- 0,3 mm
in exess of 120 mm +/- 0,5 mm

In order to enable us to calculate your order as economical and as quick as possible please provide for the following:

• part drawning or sample
• total work-piece quantity (unique, monthly, yearly)
• indicate the focussed materials and exact purpose of utilization (use, medium)
• heat treatment (prior or after processing of part)

In case of order adjudication please provide for authentic drawing documentation (literature).

It is further more understood that for all order placements an outturn sample will be presented for approval.
